DESCRIPTION:The town halls feature speakers including health and pharmaceutical policy expert Colleen Fuller, economist and UBC professor of health policy Steve Morgan, and REACH Community Health Centre pharmacist and pharmacare advocate Afshin Jaberi.\nLocal pharmacare activists and patient advocates will also be in attendance, bringing important local context to the nationwide campaign for a universal public pharmacare program. The town hall will be an opportunity for people to share their experiences with unaffordable drug prices and ask questions about what pharmacare would mean for them.\nJoin us for these town halls to explore both the personal and the political sides of the fight for pharmacare, and how we can turn the dream of a public, universal drug plan that gives access to prescription drugs for all into a reality, together.
