The Government of Canada is committed to creating inclusive and accessible services. Hearing from individuals who use these services plays a crucial role in achieving this goal.

A particular focus is on working to improve the experience of navigating retirement benefits online, which can sometimes be complex and confusing. To do this, we are seeking the feedback of older adults, in the form of 60 minute interviews.

The interviews will take place from March to May, 2023, and will be conducted virtually. Those interested in participating will need access to a computer with internet connection.
